The four-day BASIC "DETOX" program contains five different combinations of cold-pressed fruits and vegetables, pre-scheduled for four days.

The package contains a total of 20 fresh and unpasteurized juices – one bottle of each flavor for every day of the program.

The program is followed without solid food. During each day, five juices are consumed, along with water, unsweetened tea, and black coffee. Depending on individual needs, a sugar-free protein shake can also be included.

During the program, regular meals, snacks, and sweetened beverages are temporarily omitted, thereby excluding the added sugars and fats that such food might contain. The juices have no added sugars, but they do contain naturally occurring sugars.

How to follow the program?

Every day, drink one bottle of each of the five flavors, distributed evenly throughout the day.

In addition to the juices, you may consume:

• water

• unsweetened tea

• black coffee

• a sugar-free protein shake, according to individual needs

The protein shake is not included in the package.

Storage and shelf life

The products are fresh and unpasteurized.
